Dit is bedoeld om het risico van infiltratie van buitenvervuiling in binnenomgevingen te verminderen - vooral in stedelijke of industri\u00eble omgevingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om deze risico's aan te pakken, introduceert LEED v5 een <strong>Fundamentele beoordeling van luchtkwaliteit<\/strong> voorwaarde, waaronder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beoordeling van de buitenluchtkwaliteit in overeenstemming met <strong>ASHRAE-norm 62.1-2022<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementatie van <strong>MERV 13<\/strong> filtermedia of gelijkwaardige oplossingen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installatie van zelfstandige luchtzuiveringssystemen in kamers waar nodig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voorziening van buitenluchtdebietmeters voor mechanische ventilatiesystemen met luchtinlaten van meer dan 472 L\/s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding-top:40px\">Testen en bewaken van de luchtkwaliteit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Met LEED v5 kunnen projecten maximaal het volgende verdienen <strong>twee extra punten<\/strong> door het implementeren van een gestructureerd beheersplan voor het testen en monitoren van de luchtkwaliteit. Deze beoordeling richt zich op twee belangrijke groepen verontreinigende stoffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deeltjes en anorganische gassen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit onderdeel van de beoordeling van de binnenluchtkwaliteit na de bouw omvat metingen van:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Koolmonoxide (CO)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ozon (O\u2083)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwevende deeltjes
