How much does the indoor air quality assessment cost?

Our pricing is based on two key factors: the number of enclosed spaces (rooms, sections) and total building / facility area. We structure pricing around “assessment zones” – typically 500 square meters counts as one zone for open spaces, but partitioned areas create additional zones regardless of size. This ensures thorough coverage of each distinct environment in your building.

We provide detailed quotes within 48 hours based on your specific building layout and requirements.

The timeline has 3 phases: data collection (varies by building / facility size and complexity), analysis and report preparation (30 days), and finalization with client review. We deliver your first comprehensive report within 31 days of data collection. The final timeline depends on your review process and any technical clarifications needed. Moist clients receive their final certified report within 60-90 days from start to finish. We maintain regular communication throughout to keep you informed of progress and coordinate the final presentation and DOSH submission.

We specialize exclusively in assessment and diagnostics to maintain complete objectivity and deliver unbiased findings. Our reports include detailed, actionable recommendations for any improvements needed. While we don’t provide remediation services directly, we can connect you with certified specialists from our network if you prefer a coordinated approach. This separation ensures you get the most accurate diagnosis without any conflict of interest, plus the flexibility to choose your preferred solution providers.

Assessment frequency varies by building type and usage. Healthcare facilities typically require annual assessments, while commercial buildings may assess every 2-3 years or when significant changes occur (renovations, HVAC updates, occupancy changes). We recommend ongoing monitoring between formal assessments to maintain optimal conditions and catch issues early. Our team can advise you on the right schedule based on based on your specific building requirements and regulatory obligations.

Our assessors hold current DOSH certification, and we strictly adhere to ICOP on IAQ 2018 standards. We provide full credentialing documentation with every proposal, and our methodology consistently exceeds DOSH’s minimum standards.

Beyond compliance, our multidisciplinary team includes specialists in building science and environmental health, who ensure your assessment delivers actionable insights, not just regulatory tick-boxes.
