Scope
Conducted assessments and consultations regarding indoor air quality (IAQ) concerns for KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital.
Project Overview
KPJ Klang sought our help to monitor and analyse their indoor air quality conditions within the hospital building to maintain safe building environments for their workers and patients. This approach also helped to introduce and increase awareness towards Sick Building Syndrome.
Result
During our assessments, walkthrough inspections and occupant interviews were done to identify and compare assessment and monitoring results. The objectives were met and rectification works proposed. The Airscan team also provided real-time IAQ sensors for 24-hour monitoring at three sampling locations to analyse the pattern of IAQ levels during the assessment period.
